"Head Coach"

Since I was young and playing for the Tripoli Barbarians rugby team, when rugby was still weak and just starting in Tripoli, Libya, in 2000, I always had thoughts in my mind: would this sport disappear one day, or would it spread all around my country, especially since it didn’t have any government support or attention?
But now, on behalf of the Tripoli rugby community, I am proud to announce that our beloved sport is developing and becoming known to most Libyans. It is now being played in many clubs, and rugby activities and events are taking place continuously.
Finally, my dream has come true.

I still remember the first time I went to rugby training , I've seen it before but not in real life so I was a bit confused ,two hours later I was hooked for life , that was in 2011
The game of rugby helps you build your mind before your body , helps build your charter and makes you grow faster and makes an unbreakable bond between you and your team mates and even the teams you play against
Even after I stopped playing on official match's I still teach the new generation and helps  the games to grow in my country
Theres a saying from my guy who taught me how to play rugby captain wael al-aradi  (in rugby there's a place for everyone, come join us )

"Instructor"

From the first training session that I attended, the players and especially the coaches, made me feel at home. In the beginning, my idea was to referee and coach, but that did not last long as I was starting training with the players from the 3rd training session. I saw players growing a lot in their game. The best advice from my side to the players is to commit yourself fully to every training session and to listen and learn from your coaches. Everything of the best for the club for the future. I am privileged to be part of it. Regards, Riaan Bailie
